YouTube Clips

Terms of Service

Effective September 14, 2026

By using YouTube Clips (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What the Service does

The Service lets you mark a start and end time on a public YouTube video and share a link that plays that segment via YouTube’s official embedded player. We do not host, download, or distribute video or audio — we store only the video reference and your chosen timestamps.

YouTube

The Service uses YouTube API Services. By using it you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. All video content remains the property of its respective owners and is served by YouTube subject to YouTube’s terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to infringe others’ rights, to create clips that violate YouTube’s terms, or to abuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service. You are responsible for the clips and titles you create.

Availability and “as is”

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

Content removal

We may remove clips that violate these terms or applicable law. If you believe a clip infringes your rights, contact us and we will review it.
